Hello,

I am new to BiggerPockets and slowly trying to learn about investing in rental property in my area. I have read through the forums and excited to learn everyday. I am trying to find some people in the area to get some advice on my first property. Hopefully I can start off with minimal mistakes. I appreciate any advice!
