New Member from Pawcatuck, Connecticut

Hello everyone,

My name is Perry Cotter and I live in the Pawcatuck/Westerly area. I work for the shipyard in Groton, CT and currently rent an apartment in Pawcatuck. At the end of last year I started listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast as well as reading as much as I can on REI and rehabbing homes. I have some experience in construction, landscaping, and metalwork that I'm hoping to use to help me BRRRR some homes in the area. I have just started looking at multi-family homes in the area and I'm planning on making my first (hopefully of many) purchases this year. My goal is to eventually replace my current monthly income so I can leave my full-time job and work my way up to larger rental properties in the area.

Would love suggestions on real estate agents in the area and any other advice people can muster. I'm planning on attending the nearest REI meet-up which looks to be in Manchester.
