New to investing in the Los Angeles area

Hello all,

My name is Justin, and I have co-owned a single-family home for nearly 5 years with my brother. Besides having my cash reserves from avid saving, I would like to eventually leverage my home equity that has built up over the years to invest in multi-family homes, using a buy-and-hold strategy.

I also would like to search out a mentor and be of service to them, though there's no rush for that.

I just wanted to introduce myself, and see if there are any other investors in the area who would like to connect.

Justin
