Hi All, 

My name is Joe and I found this wonderful site via the podcast and I have to admit you all seem like an awesome bunch. About me: I own one investment home in Colorado Springs, CO and I live in Scottsdale, AZ right now but am moving to Virginia Beach, VA in the foreseeable future for my job. My work keeps me traveling so I am looking at strategies for the mobile investor lol as it is a scary proposition buying in a new place. I am hoping to house hack in 2017 in the Hampton Roads area and hopefully develop some raw land the next FY. I love reading your stories and attempting to wrap my head around your wisdom.
