Hello All & Merry Christmas, My name is Daniel Akowuah. I'm a mortgage professional that has been specializing in private lending in Canada for the past 6 years. I'm licensed in Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba & Ontario. I represent private lenders/investors looking to invest on primarily on non-commercial real estate with adequate equity. I come across a good number of foreclosure related properties where homeowners are looking to sell below market to avoid tarnishing their credit. I oddly get a fair number of applications on real estate in the United States & would like to extend my private lender/investor network to also refer leads out.
