Hey guys, 

My name is Manuel Montenegro and I am new in the Real Estate Industry. I am 20 years old and had my own company when I was 18, now I wanted something more, being an investor. I started reading a couple books and educated myself looking at a couple online blogs, but one day I attended one of those Robert Kiyosaki's sales pitch (disguised as seminars), and I realized I wanted to start creating assets for me, and wanted to start investing in opportunities for cash flow. I currently don't know much of Real Estate, probably just the basics and just from a really broad perspective, but I know about what it takes to become a successful investor. 

What I ask from you BiggerPockets Community is to let me help you as much as I can, and for you to guide me or help me into this world of Investing. I know that with your help and my help, we can all grow together, so one day me and other newbies will be flipping houses, renting condos, and living life.
