Howdy BP Community,

Im new to the boards but have looked around other post.

I'm hopping to get into the community to become a Private Money Lender to help Flippers and others finance there projects. I will start slow and build up relationships with people. 

Im always open to new information and help so in advance thanks to everyone and lets all go make business decisions that are advantages to the community.
