Hello Everyone!

My name is Rohit and I'm from Portland oregon.  

I work a day job in advertising and my nights and weekends are spent learning more about real estate investments especially buy and hold long term rentals.  I've always known I'd like to do something in real estate but this was the year I really started to focus by reading, researching and listening to several podcasts weekly.  

I have some experience managing rental properties, have a good business mind set and decided to join this community so I can meet more like minded people that I can network with and learn from.
