I along with 2 other partners own a GC business in columbus Ohio. we are look to expand in the rental and house flipping market. any help would be appreciated. also if any columbus flippers need help on their on flip we can help you out..

the best way to build your business is to identify value add purchase opportunities yourself. YOU do the initial legwork by ALWAYS keeping your eyes open each and every day and asking questions about things that look like opportunity. 

then, show these potential deals to ANYONE you have worked with previously (and their friends/anyone you may get referred to)

developing a pipeline of potential project will position you for growth. be ready to expand (spend money)and put responsible colleagues in place to handle increasing company responsibilities.
