New Member from Cypress, Texas
Hey what's going everyone! I've been lurking awhile and been kicking around the idea for a few years to jump into the real estate game and finally made the jump after one of my friends jumped in with his partner and got a few deals. So here I am a little bit ahead of most as I already have marketing going out to 4 different areas.
My over all plan is to buy/flip and mostly hold for rentals and have enough to do like most.... have the freedom to quit our full time jobs.
