Hello fellow investors!  I'm Shonelle Blake and I have been investing in real estate for just about 18 years but I've been in and around the industry for much longer.  I have a background in insurance, loans, and rehabbing.  I have transitioned full time into flipping and I'm looking to connect with other like minded friends in this great industry of ours.
