Hello all! Realtor and landlord here from Philadelphia. I am searching for more deals in the Philadelphia market. Eager to develop relationships for mutual gain. Wishing to add wholesalers, private money lenders, hard money lenders, and contractors to my existing team. Looking for new software to help manage my existing rentals.
