Hello, I'm a newer buy and hold investor. I have one SFR rental in SoCal. I'm looking to add more buy and hold properties to my portfolio, but I think it will be wise to search outside of CA, but yet remain relatively close to the sunbelt. My goal is to quit my job in the 10-12 year time frame with enough passive income to support my lifestyle and retirement. My challenge at this time is to select the optimal area to invest, and then to build my power team.
