New Member From Clovis California

Hello everyone, 

I'm a novice real estate investor from Clovis California looking for tips, advice, and maybe a partner to branch out into flipping homes in the Clovis and Fresno area. I'm open to networking and finding an experienced partner that I can test the waters of flipping with.  I have a strong financial and planning background as well as some general how-to knowledge of remodeling, repairing, rehabilitating homes.  I just have not had the opportunity to pull all of my experience together into flipping homes.  I guess mainly because I am unsure how to start. 

I currently own a commercial building, which I rent to my wife's successful veterinary practice, as well as a single family home rental. Currently I work full time outside of real estate investing, but would like to transition more to real estate in the future.  I'm looking for advice on starting a flip, financing, tips for scoping out properties to flip, how to flip homes using smart decisions, and selling.  Thanks for reading my intro.
