Hi community,

I'm joining this website with hopes to excel in real estate investing. To start, I'd like to learn how to get started with rental properties fresh out of college when I graduate in May. I plan on getting my own home first and then starting. Topics that id like to study include:

Determining houses that are good to buy and rent out

Figuring out how to find people who will rent

Different types of financing on the homes

I have a lot to learn before i start putting equity into my goals
