I have been a real estate investor since 1992. I owned and managed 47 rental units spread over 8 properties in Massachusetts. For the last 7 years, I have been involved in purchasing, rehabbing and managing 3 hotels in St Augustine Florida I live is St Augustine with my wife and 4 children. I am no longer in involved in the day to day management of the hotels, and I am focused on flipping SFH and new construction. I was a licensed GC in Massachusetts and have licensed Florida GC on our staff.
I would like to meet other investors in the St Augustine area to share ideas and help each other becoming better at our craft.
