Hello - I am Nikole and I am happy to be here with BiggerPockets. I have a background in multifamily and single home management. My concentration was rehabbing investment properties. I am the one that made the investors money. I have decided to create my own cashflow because anything else at this point would be silly. I can manage that F listing and  clean it up bringing it that same property to a cost effective C. I have lived in and am familiar with many states. I am a hard hitter that is a force to be reckoned with. I am excited about my new venture. It is only about what I put into it at this point and I am all heart. I travel anywhere for that money - except Laredo. You can keep Laredo money. But travelling is not a problem. I am here to make money and make a name for myself in this game. I can literally go anywhere because I fit in everywhere.
