Hello,

New guy from the foreclosure capital, I have been in real estate and lending since the mid 1990's in a variety of functions in a few different markets. I hope to contribute to and make contact with others taking advantage of this opprotunity in the market.

Always interested in short term low LTV capital on properties I have. Did anyone just attend the REO 5 star convention last week in Texas?
