This is the first time joining a group like this.  We are contractors and investors and I am excited to see where this all leads.

Replied

For years we have mitigated and restored homes for other people.  Now I want to be my own investor.  This might just be a sickness, but I love dirty nasty homes.  I love taking these homes and making them once again inhabitable.  It gives me a great sense of accomplishment knowing I have the knowledge and skill set to do this.  So, I want to buy investment properties that are beyond the realities of repair for most people, mitigate and rehabilitate them, then sell them.
