Hello,

I am currently a licensed real estate agent in Arizona specializing in residential real estate.  I have a full time job not in the real estate industry and practice real estate part time.  I am getting ready to retire in 3 years and want to do real estate full time.  I am looking to get into commercial real estate as both an agent and investor.  I have no experience in commercial real estate and I am hoping to gain knowledge and experience in commercial real estate so that when I do retire I can hit the ground running.
