My name is Meidelyne and I am an aspiring real estate investor. I am new to real estate and I am at the learning stages. I am reading and listening to the amazing information bigger pockets has to offer. 

I will be moving to California in January 2017 and will be focusing on real estate for my next career. I want to start investing in buy & hold. Then venture out to wholesaling and flipping. I joined bigger pockets to connect and give value any way I can. Thank you and I appreciate you reading my little introduction.

Congrats on the move to Cali, word of advice, make sure you do your market research if you plan on investing there! I hear Cali is very similar to Hawaii but you want to make sure you get a good lay of the land so you know where is ghetto and where isn't.

Also too bad you're moving so soon! If you're interested in attending a networking / real estate investors meet up before you leave, we play cashflow on Monday nights in Kaneohe. Since you're in Eva you don't have to worry about too much traffic getting onto the H3 and going up ^^ Highly suggest attending just to gain some knowledge before you leave. Who knows, maybe one of the investors at the meeting might have tips for your new market or wants to invest in Cali but doesn't have anyone up there!

If you're interested in attending we normally start at 6pm and go till 9pm on Monday nights. Its potluck style so if you'd like to contribute feel free to bring something small or just throw in some money for food when you're there. We normally don't know if we have the place till the day of so message me and I'll give you more information!
