Hello All,

I joined this group to learn about rental property investing. So far the podcasts have been enlightening to say the least.

My goal is to find ways to create passive cash-flow with excess cash I have every month from my full-time job. My timeframe to begin is within two years. So far I have developed methods for analyzing properties via www.neren.com. There have only been a few deals out of the many available that would make sense for me financially.

What I'd like to do is meet local contractors, brokers, agents and other investors prior to making my first purchase. Can anyone recommend a local group in Southern New Hampshire?

I have studied financial planning and retirement investing for quite some time with prior experience working for a large brokerage firm. After maximizing my retirement accounts where I am confident in my passive stock market index investing, which I am happy to share my knowledge about, I am looking to real estate to build additional wealth and passive cash-flow.

Thank you to everyone who reads my introduction. I look forward to learning and contributing wherever I can.
