Hi Everyone,

Newbie here.  I live in Anderson Indiana and work in the Carmel area.  I've read a few books and I'm trying to soak in as much information as I can reading the blogs, forum and binge listening to the podcast.  I would love to meet some locals and start learning about the market and making connections.

I am planning on wholesaling part time in order to raise capital and start acquiring rental properties.  My plan is to start out in Pendleton, near where I live.  I've been busy digging through public records, learning the different sources to go to and right now I'm putting together my first direct mail campaign on a bare bones budget.  If wholesaling doesn't work out then my plan is still to ferret away money some other way a little at a time until I have a nice down payment saved up for a rental property.

Again, I would love to meet some individuals with local market knowledge so I can pick their brains.  Thanks in advance for the support!

Chase
