Hello Everyone! I am new to the forum, but have been an avid BP podcast listener for a few months now. I am a newbie, but have been an owner and property manager in NYC for about 10 years now. Specifically, my experience is with buy and hold of multi-family buildings. Now, I am looking to make the transition from part time to full time investor.

More importantly, I am looking to share what I know and learn from all of you. If there is anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to meeting you all (online or in person). I wish you all the best for the upcoming holiday season and a profitable 2017!
