Hi All! My name is Chase Wheeler and I am fairly new to real estate investing. I heard about biggerpockets from a podcast that was recommended by a friend. I am 25 years old from California. I have been around real estate investing my whole life; my parents are involved in investing in rental properties (duplex, triplex, quadplex). I have been involved in helping them search, renovate, and rent out many of their properties.I also have a background in construction. I figured it is time to venture out on my own and begin my investing career.

I am have goals to eventually turn real estate investing to my full time business. My short term goal is to invest in a real estate property within 18 months. I am interested in up and coming areas that are not too expensive (ex. West Oakland, Atlanta, San Antonio). I hope to learn how to buy property with limited funds or find angels willing to invest. My reasoning for wanting to do real estate investing is I find joy in having a vision of my own and fulfilling that vision based solely on hard work and hustle. My background in construction and a family business of rental properties makes real estate investing perfect. Not to mention providing others with a necessity of life is as fulfilling as it gets!
