Realtor and Aspiring Investor in Greenville, South Carolina

Hey everyone!

As stated in the title, I am an agent in Greenville, South Carolina.

Long story short, I recently obtained a listing in a particular area of Greenville known as The Village. It was a mess, an absolutely trashed house. However, The Village is booming with new business' and is experiencing an extreme revitalization. People obviously knew that, because when I put this listing on the market it received 5 offers and was under contract before the end of the day.

This experience sparked something within me... and I actually was introduced to bigger pockets by the purchasing agent/investor. I have binge-listened to almost every podcast since then, throughout the work day and while driving to and from places.

I'm trying to soak up as much information as I can. I would really like to obtain properties in the Greenville area as rentals. I'm just trying to figure out how to get my feet wet. I really need to meet the right people in my area so that I can take the plunge.
