Hello. My name is Joe and I've been in construction for almost a year now. Currently, I'm in the process of remodeling my mothers house in Bloomington, ca. so we can rent it out. I have some knowledge of real estate but I lack the experience side of it. Hopefully I will find a good partner to progress with. What I'm really interested in is rental properties. I like the idea of monthly cash flow AND building equity at the same time. Don't get me wrong, I'm willing to learn as much as I can also.
