I just signed up for BiggerPockets as a plus member. I have introduced myself already with a different log in but I signed up as a plus member with this log in ID. I hope to build new relationships and learn as much as I can. I'm eager to get started. I'm from Spring, Texas and I'm interested in investing where I live and surrounding areas. Any advice would be appreciated.

@Bryan Cifuentes

1. Build relationships

2. Build relationships

3. Build relationships.

Follow these three steps and you will have everything you need to succeed (money, time, knowledge, skills, database). I had two meetings this week with investors who have  been struggling for more than a year because they want to do this one their own. They just don't know what they don't know and their growth reflects this.
