I started investing in real estate while living in Pennsylvania in 1997 purchasing foreclosures to wholesale, retail, and owner finance.  Also, I rented single and multi-family properties while living in Pennsylvania.  I moved back home to Texas in 2006.  I'm originally from San Antonio, but I live in suburbs of Houston; specifically, Sugar Land.  Now, I'm initiating my business again here in Sugar Land, Texas and the surrounding areas looking for properties to wholesale.
