Hello y'all!  I'm in the market (the wrong market?) for a potential house-hack to build some experience in investing in real estate.   Most of my investing experience comes from stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.  In eight years of hustle on a modest income, I've been able to save and adjust my lifestyle around living off of mostly investments.  Would love to connect with like-minded people.  Coffee is on me!
