Hi, my name is Chase Villalobos. I'm 25 years old and live in Highlands Ranch, about 20 minutes south of Denver, CO. I've been listening to the BP podcast for about a year now, but finally joined the forums! I graduated from CU Denver in business marketing, and recently passed the real estate exam. Very excited to finally be in the BP community and learn much more from all the info posted in it. My only real estate knowledge is purchasing my primary residence as well as watching my parents invest in a foreclosure and a couple of triplexes. 

My goal is to begin building capital whether that be through being an agent, wholesaling and/or flipping. With my ultimate goal of buy and holding multifamily units. Any advice or tips for a beginner agent/investor is greatly appreciated. Thanks for checking out my intro!
