Looking to learn more about hard money investing.

Hi,

I have completed two successful flips over the past three years. I attempted to double the size of an existing project and my project ultimately went belly up due to my contractor knocking down the existing home. I had a silent investor and I paid them back every penny invested. I personally took a $50,000 dollar loss. After the huge loss, I decided to take a break to gather myself back together again. I have a true passion for the business and I'm eager to jump back in.

I am a full time Police Officer and my cash flow is limited. I no longer have a silent investor. I'm looking for some good advice and or connections in the Houston area.

Monica
