Start of business for house rehabbing / resale

Currently have a few rental properties and I am looking to expand by rehabbing properties for resale.  I am going to move forward with plans to get into the resale business in 2017 and am just trying to learn as much as I can now on various topics....financing, locating properties, finding contractors.
