My name's Justin, and I'm relatively new to REI. I have definitely put my fair share of research and reading in and plan to do a ton more. I have quite a few leads on pre-foreclosure properties with plenty of equity but no buyers :( Last thing I am working on before I take the leap is to develop a buyers list. I have a few techniques I plan on trying - we'll see how that goes!

This forum is an incredible resource! I've learned so much just from reading the past couple days. Any members of the Columbus REIA on here? I was planning on attending October's meeting but looks like I will not be able to. I'd love to get to know some local investors and get some good info on title companies, agents, attorneys (all good and bad!).

Thanks all and I look forward to getting to know everyone!

Justin H
