Hello Everyone.  My name is Russell Davenport.  I currently live in the great city of Champaign and have been in Central Illinois my entire life.  I have worked in the construction industry for 24 yrs (residential building/remodeling) and can confidently say that I am an expert in that industry.  I have owned my own remodeling company since 2005 and it has been an amazing journey.  I have come to a fork in the road and have made a career decision to shift away from my remodeling company and focus on investing and flipping.  I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Champaign and would like to focus more on the opportunities that my license and construction knowledge can bring to the table.  The two go hand in hand and Im thinking more about my long term financial goals.

Thanks for reading and looking forward to the next chapter.
