Hi All,

My name is Rob Rose. I'm from Danville California, I am in my 20th year as a full time Realtor, 9 of them as a broker. I have closed roughly $700,000,000 in residential real estate volume, have personally bought and sold over 150 trustee sale and over 50 on or off market flips, I have also had rentals for 14 years now. Lastly, I am knowledgable about self directed IRA for real estate investing. I am looking for successful ideas on how to find homes/units that are not on the market. I am open to most price points and opportunities (If I cant do the deal, I might know someone who can). I am also glad to share my experience with others, I have lots of knowledge about the trustee sale process and real estate in general. I use to think I've seen it all, but was recently faced with a situation that taught me...you will never see it all. That said, I have seen a lot and have a wealth of knowledge. Scratch my back...I will always scratch yours.
