Hello bigger pockets! I am a new member living in Clayton, just outside of raleigh. Currently listening to podcasts and reading all that I can until I am ready to make the jump into investing. I am interested in fix and flip but would like to focus primarily on buy and hold. I'm looking for some local meet ups so i can start networking and to learn some deal analysis.

Welcome to all new NC investors.  The TREIA group does have regular meetings.  I have had scheduling conflicts with them so far but plan to attend very soon.
