I am an investor who holds 15 single and multi-family units in Southern WV and Southwestern Pa (near Pittsburgh PA).  My interest is growing my portfolio with 12-15 more units over the next 2 years. 

I have used my own resources to acquire what I currently have by utilizing the buy, rehab, rent, refi and repeat (BRRRR) strategy over the past 13 years. I currently do everything from searching for deals, finding/screening tenants, and managing the properties.

I'm looking to implement systems to more efficiently manage my business and to grow as mentioned above. I'm also looking for financial partners to fund future deals.
