Hi, my name is Jim.  I started investing in U.S. real estate in 2010. I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I invest for cash flow and capital preservation and own over 10+ U.S. mortgage-free properties (condos and detached homes). I came to BP to read and learn. Nice to meet all of you.
