Hey BP community,

Hope everyone is having a good day.  My name is Bernard Green.  I'm from Elizabethtown KY.   I've been on the BP for a few months but I'm doing my introduction now.  I'm here to learn about the real estate industry.  I don't have much knowledge but I'm learning.  Trying to read as much as I can.

I currently have one rental property in another state.  Hoping to acquire some more rentals, do some flips, and maybe some BRRRRs.    I'm just like everyone else looking to create a diverse real estate portfolio to retire with.

Thanks in advance for all the help.

Bernard
