Hello,

My name is John. I have always wanted to use real estate in some capacity to create additional income. I jumped out one month ago and bought my first property. I have made improvements to the property and found it to be very rewarding.  Trying to learn more about options post dot frank laws about what used to be "rent to own" options. If anyone would be willing to share how to navigate through this, that would be extremely helpful.
