Hello to everyone,

My name is Rodney, I'm from a small town outside st. Louis Mo. called Cahokia on the Illinois side of the Mississippi river. I'm a carpenter by trade currently working as a superintendent and also run a small construction company myself doing exterior home renovations. I'm fairly new to owning real estate myself. I own several properties and a few vacant lots I plan to build on one day.
I started investing in real estate because I wanted to increase my net worth and build up towards an early retirement. My goal is 4 houses per year. I welcome any and all imput from the seasoned investors on this forum. BTW, i'm so glad I found this forum I spent quite sometime reading before i even joined.
