Hello BP community. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. My name is Rich Hupper. I found out about biggerpockets through my older brother who was thinking about investing in some investment property however decided to buy a triumph boat instead. Haha. I currently hold a Massachusetts real estate sales person license, and work with RE/MAX Heritage out of Reading Ma. Very very nice place to get started. The only reason I think they considered me is because my sister is a very good agent who works with them.

I am 24yrs old. 2 credits shy of an associates degree and decided to get into real estate. School has never really clicked for me. However something about real estate interests me. Dealing with people may be the reason I am attracted to the profession. I consider myself a social person who enjoys making connections with people outside my social circle. I also have always envisioned myself being in business for myself. That is the American Dream correct?
I know knowledge is everything. It will set me apart from the agent down the street. I guess the knowledge they were trying to get in my head back in high school and college did not seem to matter enough to stick with it.
Real estate is filled with knowledge I like to call street smart knowledge. Why couldn't have they taught us how to start a business, or some of the basic laws of the land during high school.
My goal as a new agent is to network, be diligent handling every client I represent, and make sure I am extending my services to my clients even after the transaction is complete.
I want to form relationships. Heck maybe even meet new friends.
My goal is to one day get into property investment, and own income generating property. I would also love to build my own club/bar.
I want to say thanks to the creators of this site. It seems like one of the best sites out there.
I look forward to finding answers to my questions and hopefully answering other peoples questions as well.
