new house hacking enthusiast and new to BP

hello, 

i am new to the Bigger Pockets forums and new to real estate as a whole. Both parents growing up were real estate involved professionals and as a teenager i worked putting up signs and going through open houses for a Keller Williams Realtor. I am currently interested in finding out how the market for small mutli-family complex's is at the moment. i am leaning towards house hacking ?i am very eager to learn. Feel free to introduce yourself! (especially if youd let me pick your brain LOL)
