To everyone on BP,

First off thank you for all the information that can be found on this site as well as the podcasts. My name is Justin Tejeda, I am a recent college graduate living in San Marcos, Texas ( one of the fastest growing cities in America). I am interested in investing in Multifamily units, looking to start at around 16 units. One of the first steps I have taken is just learning as much as possible, getting spreadsheets in order to analyze deals, and most importantly working on networking with as many people as possible. If there is anyone in my area who would like to meet up, I would love to chat sometime.
