Hey guys,

I just like many of you have decided that cash flow is king.  I am a noob invester who jumped in the game this past year with one rental unit which is working out great.  I have a great full time job that can help fun my projects and would love to grow, grow, grow!  Looking to find deals ranging from duplexes to smaller multifamily units.  I am here to learn and form relationships.

Do the two-step. Buy 1-2 properties, then sell one and use the cash to buy 2 or more, then sell one and do it all over again. You can ramp that up to a few million very quickly if your true to your process and earnings. I love Cville, it's a great place!
