Hi all! I've been listening to the podcast for a bit now and finally got around to signing up. Really good stuff. I'm pretty green, but excited to get involved in a buy, hold and rent situation in Hartford in short order. I'd love to meet people in the area, and I'm particularly interested if anyone knows a decent realtor in the area that cares about Hartford.
