Hello everyone my name is Ray Owusu! I'm a mortgage consultant been in the mortgage industry for 15 plus years. I bought my first home in 2005 with the sole purpose of selling it in 7 years after purchasing it. Needless to say that didn't happen and I still have the home. That pretty much scared me away from real estate investment. I've been on BiggerPockets for sometime now but I feel now I need to be more active so I can move into the direction of real estate investment. I'm looking at fix an flips and buy and holds multi family properties and commercials property. I'm experienced in bond/grant loan which multiple states offer, so if you have any questions on that I can help. I'm looking forward to gaining knowledge from the experience investors and help those in need. I'm very excited to final formal introduce myself to the BiggerPockets family. What's up everybody?
