Brand new to real estate and excited! (Indianapolis Area)

Hello everyone!

Just dropping a not in the forums to get myself familiarized with some people within the BP community. I actually sing in a chorus in Indianapolis, IN and have taken my first baby steps in to the real estate world. I am 24, yet motivated to get into the business and found that Wholesaling can be a wonderful opportunity to get my foot in the door with out $20,000.
