How do I get Started?

Hey Guys, I'm new on here and to the Real Estate game. I'm still working my Job Full-Time, and learning about investing. I'm interested in wholesaling and Lease-Options initially....

I've read some books, and just finished "Think and Grow Rich!" (Awesome Read!!!, Thanks Greg.)

There is so much information out theer and everybody seems to be selling some type of course or secret??? It can be overwelming and don't really have the time or money to spend on a scheme/scam. I just really need direction on getting started. Thanks & Happy Holidays!
